Choose the payment option that works best for you at Lily’s Moment. This guide explains how to pay and what to do if your payment does not go through.
Ways to Pay
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club through Shopify Payments. Enter your card details directly at checkout; a PayPal account is not required.
Express Checkout and Digital Wallets
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal wallet may be offered at checkout. The options you see depend on your device, location, order, and eligibility. Select an available wallet and follow its prompts to complete payment.
Installment Options
Shop Pay Installments and Klarna may be available for eligible purchases. Availability, approval, repayment schedules, and any interest or fees are determined by the payment provider and shown before you confirm. Review those terms before choosing an installment plan.
How to Complete Your Payment
- Review your items, shipping address, delivery option, and order total.
- Select an available payment method at checkout.
- Enter the required details and complete any verification requested by your bank or payment provider.
- Submit your order and look for the confirmation page and confirmation email.
The currency and final amount, including any applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts, are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
If Your Payment Is Declined
- Check your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
- Contact your bank or payment provider to check available funds, transaction limits, or required authorization.
- Try another card or a different payment option shown at checkout.
- If you are unsure whether an order was placed, check for a confirmation email or contact us before submitting again.
