It’s in your shipping confirmation email. We’ll open the carrier’s tracking page for you.

Sign in with the email you used at checkout. We’ll send you a one-time code, then you can see every order, its status and its tracking link. No password needed.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from lily’s moment. If it’s not there, or your event is less than a week away, email customer.service@lilysmoment.com with your order number and event date, or send us a message. We’ll check on it for you.
