Houston in-stock items typically arrive in 2–5 business days. For other items, please contact us with your event date so we can confirm the current delivery estimate.

Cancel before shipment — Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. Because we ship from Houston and dispatch orders within 48 hours, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Item arrived damaged? — Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate solution or compensation.

Missing parts — If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement promptly.

Custom orders — Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
