PRODUCT INFORMATION & SAFETY GUIDE

Safety First

Never leave lit candles unattended. Extinguish all candles before leaving the area or sleeping.
Keep the holder out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Use only standard taper candles that fit securely in the holders and hurricane tubes. Avoid oversized or irregular-shaped candles.
Trim wicks to 1/4" (6mm) before lighting to prevent excessively high flames.
Place the holder at least 12" (30cm) away from curtains, linens, and other flammable items.
Avoid drafty areas (fans, open windows) to prevent flame contact with crystal glass components.
Let the holder cool for 2+ hours after use before touching or cleaning.
Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours continuously to avoid overheating the crystal glass.

Placement & Care

Ensure all crystal arms and the base are securely assembled before use.
Place only on a flat, stable, non-flammable hard surface (avoid carpets/rugs) to prevent tipping.
Cleaning: Wipe crystal glass with a soft lint-free cloth + mild glass cleaner. Never use abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals (they will scratch the crystal).
Wax Removal: Let wax cool and harden completely, then gently peel it off. Do not use sharp tools that may damage the crystal glass or hurricane tubes.

Important Notes

Stop using immediately if any crystal glass part, hurricane tube, or base is cracked, chipped, or broken.
This product is for decorative use with real taper candles only.
