1. Order Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been picked up by FedEx, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes before shipping.
2. After Receiving the Order

If your order has any quality issues, missing items, or packaging loss during transportation, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package.
Provide photos or proof of the issue, and we will offer a full refund, partial refund, or replacement as appropriate. -
Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
3. Change of Shipping Address
Once the shipment has been picked up by FedEx, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Please double-check your address before placing the order.
