Inspect Your Order When It Arrives

Before opening your package, check the box for visible dents, tears, water damage, or other shipping damage. If you notice an issue, take clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged areas.

After opening the package, check for visible damage, missing parts, or loose components. Confirm that all included stands, hooks, hardware, panels, and accessories are present.

Gently reshape flowers, leaves, and fabric that may have been compressed during transportation. A small amount of flattened foliage or loose petals may occur during shipping and can usually be adjusted by hand.

Caring for Flower Walls & Arches

• Dust gently with a soft cloth, feather duster, or soft-brush vacuum attachment on the lowest setting.
• Avoid pulling on flowers, stems, leaves, or attached decorations.
• Carefully fluff and reshape compressed flowers by hand.
• If needed, use a hair dryer on the lowest heat setting several inches away from the flowers.
• Never use high heat, an open flame, or a heat gun.

Caring for Drapery & Backdrops

• Shake out or gently brush away dust after each use.
• Follow the care instructions for the specific product.
• For wrinkles, use low heat and test a hidden area first.
• Do not use bleach, strong chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not soak, machine-wash, or tumble-dry unless the product instructions allow it.
• Make sure fabric items are completely dry before storing them.

Before each event, check that backdrop stands, connectors, clips, poles, and fasteners are secure.

Cleaning Guidelines

For routine cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. For small areas of surface dirt, use a lightly damp cloth and mild soap. Always test any cleaning method on a hidden area first.

Please avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, strong scrubbing, high-pressure water, soaking, and direct high heat.

Proper Storage

1. Remove dust and visible debris after your event.
2. Check for loose flowers, damaged hardware, or missing pieces.
3. Allow all products to dry completely.
4. Store flower walls and arches without heavy compression.
5. Fold or roll fabric products neatly to reduce wrinkles.
6. Use a dust cover or breathable storage bag whenever possible.
7. Keep everything in a cool, dry, shaded area away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

Avoid placing heavy boxes on top of flower walls, arches, or delicate accessories.

Before Your Next Event

Inspect your décor again before setup. Confirm that all pieces and accessories are available, check stands and frames for stability, and make sure the installation area is clean, dry, and suitable for the product.

For outdoor events, protect décor from rain, strong wind, prolonged sunlight, and extreme heat. Always follow the installation instructions for the specific product.
