PRODUCT INFORMATION & SAFETY GUIDE

Safety First

Never leave lit candles unattended. Extinguish all candles before leaving the area or sleeping.
Keep the holder out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Use only taper/pillar candles with a diameter ≤ 0.8 inches to ensure a secure fit. Avoid oversized candles.
Trim wicks to 1/4" (6mm) before lighting to prevent excessively high flames.
Place the holder at least 12" (30cm) away from curtains, linens, and other flammable items.
Avoid drafty areas (fans, open windows) to prevent flame contact with glass hurricane tubes or metal components.
Let the holder cool for 2+ hours after use before touching or cleaning.
Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours continuously to avoid overheating the metal structure.

Placement & Care

Follow the installation video to assemble all stems and hurricane tubes securely before use.
Place only on a flat, stable, non-flammable hard surface (avoid carpets/rugs) to prevent tipping.
Do not add extra weight or decor to the holder beyond compatible candles.
Cleaning: Wipe the French gold metal surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soapy water solution, then dry immediately to preserve the shiny finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may scratch or tarnish the metal.
Wax Removal: Let wax cool and harden completely, then gently peel it off. Do not use sharp tools that may damage the metal or glass hurricane tubes.

Important Notes

Stop using immediately if any glass hurricane tube is cracked/chipped or metal components are bent/damaged.
This product is for decorative use with taper/pillar candles only.
You are responsible for following local fire safety regulations and proper use of the product.
For damaged parts, submit photo proof within 5 days of delivery for a free replacement.
