You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the package has been picked up by FedEx, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
After Receiving Your Order
If your order has quality issues, missing items, or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos or proof of the issue, and we will offer a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on the situation. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once the package has been picked up by FedEx, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
