Safety & Usage

• Assemble the arch strictly following the provided installation video, ensuring all metal joints and screws are fully tightened to guarantee structural stability before decorating.
• Place the arch only on flat, level, hard surfaces (avoid soft ground, carpets, or uneven flooring) to prevent tipping or shifting.
• Do not hang excessively heavy decor (e.g., large dense floral arrangements, bulky props, or heavy fabrics) on the arch—overloading may cause metal bending, frame collapse, or injury.
• For outdoor use: Secure the base with weighted sandbags or ground stakes in windy conditions. Avoid using the arch during strong winds, rainstorms, or extreme weather.
• This product is for decorative purposes only. Do not climb, lean, or sit on the arch, and keep children and pets away from unsupervised interaction to prevent accidents.
• Attach floral garlands/flowers to the frame using zip ties or floral wire; adjust the number of garlands to achieve your desired fullness.

Care & Maintenance

• Clean the metal frame with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For stubborn stains, use a mild soapy water solution and a soft cloth, then dry immediately to prevent rust and corrosion.
• Avoid exposing the frame to prolonged moisture or rain (especially when not in use) to preserve the white finish and extend its lifespan.
• Handle and transport the frame carefully to avoid collisions that may cause dents, scratches, or structural deformation.
• Store the disassembled arch in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area when not in use.

Important Notes

• Floral garlands, flowers, and other decorative elements shown in images are not included (for illustration only).
• Discontinue use immediately if the metal frame is bent, cracked, or the structure becomes unstable.
• If the product arrives damaged, submit photo proof within 5 days of delivery for assistance with replacement parts.
