PRODUCT INFORMATION & SAFETY GUIDE

Safety First

Never leave lit candles unattended. Extinguish all candles before leaving the area or sleeping.
Keep the candle holder out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Use only standard taper candles that fit securely in the hurricane tubes. Avoid oversized or irregular-shaped candles.
Trim candle wicks to 1/4" (6mm) before lighting to prevent excessively high flames.
Place the holder at least 12" (30cm) away from curtains, linens, and other flammable materials.
Avoid drafty areas (fans, open windows) to prevent flame contact with crystal glass components.
Allow the holder to cool for 2+ hours after use before touching or cleaning.
Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours continuously to avoid overheating the crystal glass.

Placement & Care

Ensure all crystal arms, hurricane tubes, and the base are securely assembled before use.
Place only on a flat, stable, non-flammable hard surface (avoid carpets/rugs) to prevent tipping.
Cleaning: Wipe crystal glass with a soft lint-free cloth and mild glass cleaner. Never use abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals (they will scratch the crystal).
Wax Removal: Let wax cool and harden completely, then gently peel it off. Do not use sharp tools that may damage the crystal glass or hurricane tubes.

Important Notes

Stop using immediately if any crystal glass part, hurricane tube, or base is cracked, chipped, or broken.
