In-stock items ship free from our Houston warehouse to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. For other items, please contact us with your event date so we can confirm the current delivery estimate.
Returns, damages & cancellation
Cancel before shipment — You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped. Please email customer.service@lilysmoment.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be canceled. This does not prevent you from requesting after-sales support for an eligible product issue described below.
Item arrived damaged? — Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate solution or compensation.
Missing parts — If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement promptly.
Custom orders — Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
