Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be canceled. This does not prevent you from requesting after-sales support for an eligible product issue described below.

Missing parts — If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement promptly.

Does it include a stand?

No. Flower wall listings include the flower wall only unless the selected option clearly states that a stand is included. A compatible stand can be added separately on the product page.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, for temporary outdoor events in dry, calm weather. Secure the wall and stand carefully, and keep the flowers away from rain, strong wind, prolonged direct sunlight, and moisture.

Can I get a different color?

Each flower wall ships in the colors shown on its page. We don't offer custom colors, but we carry many color options. Browse all flower walls, or contact us and we'll help you choose.

How should I store it after the event?

Make sure the flower wall is clean and completely dry, then roll or fold it gently according to the backing without crushing the flowers. Store it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heavy objects.
